Technical characteristics

Concrete plant Banja Luka (R. J.Tunjice) for the production of concrete is located at the plant Tunjice 6.5 km far from the downtown, on the arterial highway M4, Banja Luka-Prijedor. The concrete plant was made by the german manufacturer Liebherr, manufactured in the year 2010, capacity 90 m3/h concrete per hour, which means 1000 m3 of a fresh concrete daily, which allows uninterrupted supply of concrete on more construction sites at the same time. The concrete plant has three silos for cement with a capacity of 300 tons. Each of silos is equipped with anti-dust filter with electromechanical cleaning and safety valves.

Transport

For a concrete transport are used 5 concrete mixer trucks capacity of 9 m3 and 10 m3, and for concrete pumping 3 auto pumps manufactured by Putzmeister, Cifa, with a boom length of 17 m and 36 m.

Quality control

Concrete quality is tested every day in (IUGERS) – Public Institution for Urban Planning, Civil Engineering and Ecology of Republic of Srpska.

Standards

The concrete plant meets all ISO 9001-2008 standards.
